Biden’s Bomb: A Big Deal to Some

So Vice President Joe Biden drops the F bomb.  I’m clueless as to how this situation could possibly be considered a good thing.  I was mortified when a client did the same thing in an editorial meeting; the client just gave reporters another reason to dislike him.  It’s lazy language. Biden knows better. Dick Cheney knew better. I’m even more disappointed in the President’s reaction, as well as that of his press secretary.  To some voters, word choice reflects character – that’s the big deal.  No coffee for anyone this week..

The virtual Cup of Joe Award from EveryDayPR spotlights our pick of the week for a public relations performance –  good, bad or ugly.  If you’d like to make a nomination, contact shart@hartpr.com or www.Twitter.com/susanhartpr.

I know plenty of conservatives who also include the f word in their vocabulary. I agree that our culture and its standards are lower than I've ever seen them. The point is that as a leader, Biden should be more careful as to his selection of words. His behavior just confirms the level of standards in this country, which won't improve until people like you and I make a big deal of it. Thanks for commenting.

The use of foul language in this White House by this administration does not surprise me. Liberals believe the F word is part of everyday vocabulary. You would have never have heard this from the Reagan White House. It is no wonder morals and standards are lower than anytime in history. This leadership promotes lower standards. Look around at what they stand for, socialism. They need a lower standard of people to keep their agenda going.
