For years, Kraft Foods sent their loyal fans a well-loved and FREE Food & Family magazine chock full of quality, usable information.  Now they’ve changed their mind. My advice? NEVER take anything away from your employees or consumers – develop another solution to YOUR problem.  Read more.

    I don’t think it’s about the $12.00, it’s the principal. Having said that I won’t pay for the magazine, but I can’t live without my Kraft Spicy Shack-n-Bake and the Kraft Honey Grahams, as long as they don’t take that away, I’m good.

    You are so right Susan and Paige. You don’t take away something your customers value and brag on. If they would have presented some kind of alternative. Online only. Cheaper paper. And just communicated that to us, it would have been so much better. We would have understood! Because we love the magazine and recipes so much!
