I was just now looking for info about this when I found your blog post. I’m only visiting to say that I definitely liked seeing this post, it’s really clear and well written. Are you planning topost more on this? It seems like there is more fodder here for future posts.

And, yes, I do plan to post more on the importance of organizations and their leadership doing the right thing the first time around instead of trying to rebuild a tainted image because they took the mediocre or cheap way out.
